About TLC
Mohamed Basha, a registered nurse, founded TLC Home Care in 2006. After being educated in Vermont, he went on to gain his experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and private duty nursing in our community. This work opened his eyes to the ever growing need for the type of quality elderly care that you would want for you or your loved ones.
Mission Driven
We strive to cultivate meaningful relationships at the right time with the best people; providing peace of mind and dignity through trusted care.TLC Home Care’s Commitment to our Community
We believe dedicated nursing leadership is the best way to achieve quality and compassionate care for our clients. This means a certified nurse is guiding you and your loved one’s care every step of the way. Our nurses are also working hard to support our communities through innovative solutions. One example is providing training, free of charge, to anyone who is interested. We also help navigate the ever-changing landscapes in medical care and of those we serve through continuing education and staying up to date on the best approaches to care. Our goal is to provide the best care possible so you can have peace of mind and confidence that your loved one is living their best life. What Makes us the BEST
Vermont is our home and our professional care staff of over 300 serve our state as well as New Hampshire. We are licensed and bonded but what makes us the BEST is our unique quality oversight from our registered Nurses as well as our commitment to compassionate care. A registered nurse is on duty 24/7 and care is available for as little as 4 hours to 24 hours a day. Our nurses who manage all our client cases, including oversight by a Board-Certified Geriatric Care Manager, will ensure no detail is too small with a comprehensive review of all your care needs. We understand that care involves a tailored approach, and everyone has varying levels of independence or ability. Some may simply want companionship while others may need the help of a professional with specific training, such as considerations for Alzheimer’s Disease. Whatever your level of care, we can help. Our Caregivers are Part of TLC
Every member of our team is an integral part of TLC; caregivers are NOT subcontractors. We believe excellent care starts with caring for our employees so they can focus on the clients and deliver on our promises. Not only do we meet their needs, but each member of our staff undergoes rigorous background checks and training. They are fully bonded, insured and have access to continuing training and education with our very own nurse-led TLC Academy. Here at TLC, we are not just a socially responsible organization, we are a family with nursing leadership and client-centered care as our guiding principles.Award Winning Level of Care
