Having a good work ethic. Being responsible for the job you’re doing as well as for yourself. Being respectful.

Having everything I may need to do my job. Knowing things may change & be able to adapt.

A group of people with individual qualifications.
Purpose: To make sure all the needs of an individual are met.

Performing tasks they may not be able to do themselves.

Not trying to do things you’re not qualified to do.

Appropriate clothing for the job you are doing. Not wearing anything with offensive words, pictures, etc.

Making sure their surroundings are safe.

Staying within the realms of each individual care plan.

Listening, asking questions in need be, open-minded.
